Lexy and Sam’s Belle Isle wedding in Detroit was an absolute blast from start to finish! The day kicked off at the Detroit Marriott at the Renaissance Center, with their first look unfolding on the rooftop patio against the city’s skyline. From there, we ventured to the iconic Michigan Central Station in Corktown, capturing edgy shots at the underpass.
Our photo journey continued with vibrant mural backdrops in Mexicantown before heading to the historic Ste. Anne church in Southwest Detroit for their heartfelt ceremony. The couple’s exit was as unique as they are—a bubbly departure from the church, setting the tone for the festivities to come.

We then hit up Eastern Market for some wedding party pics, striking poses in front of colorful murals that perfectly complemented their vibe. But the real showstopper was Belle Isle Casino, where their eco-conscious reception unfolded. Being vegan, Lexy and Sam made sustainability chic with reusable and compostable decor that was as stylish as it was eco-friendly.
As the sun began to set, we made a pitstop at the Belle Isle fountain for some breathtaking sunset shots, capturing the magic of the moment before their unforgettable first dance. From the heartfelt exchanges to the dance floor antics, Lexy and Sam’s wedding was a celebration of love, individuality, and conscious living. And we were there to capture every epic moment!
