The energy of the baraat. The emotion during the ceremony. The family traditions that have been passed down for generations. The dance floor that somehow finds another level of energy as the night goes on.
They're celebrations filled with people, culture, and moments that can't be recreated.
That's what we love about photographing them.

We're Rosy & Shaun, a husband-and-wife wedding photography team who have photographed more than 400 weddings together over the last 14+ years, including Sikh, Hindu, and fusion celebrations throughout Michigan, Florida, and beyond.
What keeps bringing us back to Indian weddings is the importance placed on family.
Yes, the celebrations are incredible. The traditions are meaningful. The energy is unlike anything else.
But what stands out most are the relationships. Parents seeing their children get married. Grandparents surrounded by generations of family. Relatives traveling from around the world to be together in one place.
Those moments matter just as much as the ceremony itself, and they're a huge part of the story we're there to document.
It's one of the reasons we still love photographing Indian weddings after all these years. Every family, every celebration, and every wedding weekend feels a little different.
Long after the wedding weekend is over, those are often the moments families return to most.
Indian weddings have a rhythm all their own.
Multiple events. Large families. Meaningful traditions. Packed dance floors. And often hundreds of people coming together to celebrate.
There’s a lot happening at any given moment, which is why experience matters.
Over the years, we've photographed everything from intimate fusion weddings to full wedding weekends, and we've learned that some of the most meaningful photographs happen between the planned moments.
One moment might be filled with emotion and tradition. The next might be a baraat with hundreds of people dancing in the street.
We love both.
Our approach is simple: be close enough to capture the energy, while staying observant enough to notice everything happening around it.
Some Moments Only Happen Once
Getting ready in separate locations. Different reactions during the ceremony. Moments unfolding on opposite sides of the room at the same time.
An Indian wedding rarely unfolds from just one perspective.
While one of us is focused on the ceremony, the other might be documenting a parent's reaction. While one of us is photographing portraits, the other may be capturing moments happening naturally among family and friends.
Some of our favorite photographs happen outside the main moment.
Real Weddings. Real Families. Real Celebrations.
Every wedding has its own traditions, personalities, and story.

Experience With Multi-Day Celebrations
From welcome parties and mehndi events to wedding ceremonies and receptions, we're comfortable navigating busy schedules while staying focused on the moments that matter most.
Timeline Support
We've photographed enough weddings to know where schedules tend to run smoothly and where they often get off track.
We'll help create a timeline that gives you enough time for the important moments while still allowing you to actually enjoy the celebration.
The goal isn't to squeeze more into the schedule. It's to create enough space for the day to unfold naturally.
Cultural Understanding
Family photographs are important, and we'll absolutely make sure those happen.
But some of our favorite images are the moments in between. The conversations between generations. The reactions during the ceremony. The people who traveled across the world to celebrate together.
Those are often the photographs that mean the most years later.
Long after the decorations are packed away and the weekend is over, those are the moments that bring people back.
Two Photographers
Your wedding day is always photographed by both Rosy & Shaun together.
For couples adding coverage for multiple pre-wedding events, we'll build a coverage plan around your schedule and discuss the best approach based on timing and availability.
No matter the event, our goal stays the same: thoughtful coverage that allows your celebration to unfold naturally while preserving the moments that matter most.
Photographs That Age Well
We're not interested in chasing trends.
We want your photographs to feel just as meaningful twenty years from now as they do today.
Places We've Loved Photographing
We've photographed Indian weddings throughout Michigan and Florida at venues ranging from historic hotels and ballrooms to conservatories, waterfront venues, and private estates.
Each venue brings something different, and we love finding ways to incorporate both the space and the celebration into the story we're documenting.
One wedding per date. Always Rosy & Shaun.
Every wedding day is photographed by Rosy & Shaun together.
No two Indian weddings are exactly alike.
Some couples need coverage for a single wedding day. Others are planning multiple events spread across an entire weekend.
We'll help build coverage around your celebration, your traditions, and the moments that matter most to you.
Do you photograph Hindu weddings?
Yes. We've documented Hindu weddings ranging from intimate ceremonies to large multi-day celebrations
Do you photograph Sikh weddings?
Absolutely. We've photographed Sikh weddings throughout Michigan and are familiar with the flow and traditions surrounding Anand Karaj ceremonies and wedding weekends.
Do you photograph multi-day celebrations?
Absolutely.
Many Indian weddings include multiple events spread across several days, and we've photographed everything from intimate family gatherings to full wedding weekends.
Whether you're planning a Sangeet, Mehndi, Haldi, Pooja, Jago, wedding ceremony, reception, or a combination of events, we'll help build coverage around the parts of the celebration that matter most to you.
Every family celebrates differently, which is why we take the time to learn what's important to you and create a photography plan that fits your wedding weekend.
Are both photographers included?
Yes. Every wedding day is photographed by both Rosy & Shaun together.
Do you travel?
Absolutely. While Detroit is home, we regularly photograph weddings throughout Michigan and spend part of the year in Florida. We've documented Indian weddings in both states and are always happy to travel for celebrations throughout the U.S. and beyond.
