Want to plan your rehearsal ahead of your big day? Once you’ve selected Shepherd’s Hollow as your wedding venue, their team will work with you to schedule and coordinate a ceremony rehearsal. They typically schedule your rehearsal once your wedding day is about two months out. But you can expect your rehearsal to take place the same week as your wedding. You can plan for your rehearsal to last around 30 minutes, you know, in case you and the crew want to grab some dinner afterward. Additionally, a member of the team at Shepherd’s Hollow will be on hand during your rehearsal to go over things with your officiant for the smoothest experience possible.
Getting Ready Suite
Need a spot on-site, where you can get ready for the big day along with the members of your wedding party all while your hair and makeup team buzzes around? Shepherd’s Hollow offers an elegant getting-ready space to access on the day of your wedding. The space includes five styling stations, plenty of luxuriously comfortable seating, closet space, and a private terrace that looks out over those sweeping pine trees on the grounds of Shepherd’s Hollow.
The suite rental is only available for couples planning a ceremony and reception at Shepherds Hollow and comes with 5-hours of pre-wedding access. This space also comes with the much-needed added amenities of mini sandwiches, a bottle of champagne, a fruit tray, and cheese and crackers. The space can be rented for a fee of $1500. If you find that you’ll be needing the suite for more than five hours, you can absolutely tack on a few hours to your rental. However, you’ll need to contact Shepherd’s Hollow directly for the added cost per-hour rate.
