They prepped at the trendy Siren Hotel in Downtown Detroit before heading to a historic house in the Boston Edison neighborhood for their blindfolded ceremony. Yep, blindfolded! They unveiled their looks simultaneously, and the emotion was electric.
After saying “I do,” we hit up iconic spots around New Center for some killer portraits, including the famous Aqua underpass. But the real party? That went down at the Schvitz Bathhouse. After doing some research on local wedding photographers, Rosy and Shaun were at the top of our list.
When we first met them, we immediately knew they were the type of people we wanted to work with.
Rosy and Shaun shot our engagement and wedding photos; they listened to our suggestions for locations we had in mind, but also showed us some new spots that we likely would not have considered.

As an LGBTQ couple, we also wanted to work with photographers who already had a proven record of working with same sex couples and would be fine with a surprise drag performance at our reception… 🙂 Again, Rosy and Shaun did not disappoint and we simply loved working with them!”
