Cordelia and Chris celebrated their wedding with a beautiful beachfront ceremony at the Ritz-Carlton Beach Club and a reception at Sarasota Yacht Club, creating a day that perfectly blended coastal elegance with a fun, relaxed atmosphere.
The day began at The Ritz-Carlton, Sarasota, where Cordelia got ready with her bridesmaids while Chris spent the morning with his groomsmen. Before heading to the ceremony, the couple shared a private first look on the resort grounds. One of our favorite moments was when their dog joined them for portraits, dressed and ready for the occasion.
After spending time with the wedding party around the beautiful Ritz-Carlton property, everyone made their way to the Ritz-Carlton Beach Club for the ceremony. With the Gulf as the backdrop and family and friends gathered nearby, it was a beautiful setting for the couple to exchange vows.
Following the ceremony, guests continued the celebration at Sarasota Yacht Club. The reception space was beautifully designed, and the evening included heartfelt speeches, including a touching video message from Cordelia’s sister in New Zealand that had more than a few guests reaching for tissues.
The couple’s first dance was one of the highlights of the evening before the dance floor quickly filled with guests ready to celebrate. From the waterfront ceremony to the lively reception, the entire day reflected Cordelia and Chris’s personalities and the joy of having their favorite people together in one place.
